Refund Policy

At Collins River Kayak Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.

Returns
Most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in original condition

• Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final sale merchandise

• Custom or special-order products

• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after purchase

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly arrange an exchange or replacement when appropriate.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
