Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the size and destination of your order.
Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee shipping times once a package has been transferred to the carrier.
Large or Oversized Items
Certain products, including kayaks and other oversized equipment, may require special freight shipping or in-store pickup.
If additional shipping arrangements are necessary, we will contact you before processing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email when available.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please retain all original packaging and, if possible, include photographs of the damaged package and contents to help us resolve the issue.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
